You cannot request a particular doctor. Telehealth is designed to support your relationship with your existing doctor. It is not a means of establishing an exclusive relationship with one of our doctors.
Please know that all Telehealth doctors are highly qualified and go through rigorous training and credentialing. We have the largest physician network of any telehealth provider with board-certified, state-licensed doctors.
Health records are kept totally private and we employ robust encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your record.
We do not turn patients away because of pre-existing conditions.
Telehealth consults are unavailable outside of the United States.
No, Campus Rx is not insurance. You do not have to have health insurance to join and use our program.
Telehealth providers are able to write you a note for missing class or work.

The median time to speak with a Telehealth physician is 23 minutes. Usually a provider will call you back much sooner which really makes a big difference when you aren’t feeling well.
